Pallotta’s Italian Grill, formerly known as sghettie’s, has been in the area since 1994.  Local Woodlands resident George Pallotta started the restaurant with the intention of running a family style Italian restaurant with great food and exceptional service.  Located at 27606 I-45 North in the Woodridge Plaza, along the I-45 feeder and across the freeway from the Woodlands mall, Pallotta’s Italian Grill has been a favorite amongst the neighborhood for many reasons. 

Longtime General Manager, Phil Nicosia, and his wife Heather, recently took over as owners of Pallotta's Italian Grill on January 1st, 2009 and intend on carrying on tradition for many years to come.   Phil has been working at Pallotta's since 1999 and George gave him the opportunity to purchase the restaurant and carry on tradition.   Since purchasing the restaurant, Phil has updated the menu by adding over 20 new items, including a section called "The Lighter Side",  which consists of dishes with lots of vegetables, olive oil, garlic, and fresh basil.  It also has a wonderful Eggplant Parmesan and 3 different styles of pan seared Tilapia.  Phil has also given  the insides a facelift with an inviting Tuscan feel by fauxing the walls, new decor, new lighting, and more.  There has been a new Happy Hour implemented with great drink specials and Happy Apps!  Mon-Fri 3pm-7pm.  If you haven't been in awhile, you gotta come check it out!  They have also implented a whole new Healthy Options/Weight Watcher Friendly menu with 20 items to choose from...each one with estimated WW points listed.  These items allow you to enjoy Italian food in a whole new healthy way, without sacrificing quality or variety.

The food is spectacular! Ordering an appetizer is the best way to get your meal started in the right direction.  The Craig Michaels Shrimp Fondue is by far the best of the bunch.  Large gulf shrimp, lemon cream sauce, fresh spinach and amber butter mushrooms, along with gooey mozzarella and Marie cheeses…ahhh!  Dip the toasted garlic bread in this concoction and you’re in heaven!  Zuppa, our minestrone soup, is well known around town as the best minestrone there is!  For 9 years, it was the only soup we offered, pouring all of our heart and soul into it to make it great!  A few years back, George developed a recipe for our Creamy Tomato Basil soup that is now just as popular as our minestrone.  The entrée selection is amazing.  Lots of traditional items to choose from, including Lasagna Bolognese, Linguini with Clam sauce, and Chicken Parmesan will tempt your palette.  Other items to tempt you include The Shrimp Alexa, The Benjamin, Pasta Pavia, The Chicken Sausalito, and The Shrimp Brochette.  These are some of the more indulgent entrees, along with their daily and weekly specials, like the Hunter del Pollo the 18th Amendment,  or the Steak Manhattan.  There is plenty of items to choose from but don’t even dare to forget to order the Dominic’s Mud’s dessert.  4 layers of mocha almond fudge ice cream, chunks of butterfingers in between each layer, hot fudge and peanut butter drizzled in between each layer and on top, along with a Nutter Butter cookie crust!!!  How can you pass this masterpiece up?  We also feature many different varieties of homemade cheesecakes (delicious!) along with a variety of cakes, a chocolate raspberry mousse tiramisu, cannoli’s, and crème brule.
