Bob is an 19 year resident of The Woodlands and is actively involved in the community including:
- Junior Achievement Volunteer Teacher at The Woodlands High School
- Active member of South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce
- Texas Charity Advocates Volunteer
- Assistant Head Coach for Men's Varsity Lacrosse Team
- Administrator of The Woodlands Lacrosse Alumni Fund
