Dr. Walter Goodpastor and his wife Carole are a husband and wife team specifically trained in holistic health, natural wellness and physical fitness. They have combined professional healthcare experience of over fifty years and both have been practicing in the Woodlands since the early eighties.
Their practice is based on the client empowerment model which teaches independence, self-direction, and self-determination. Because they mirror the same lifestyle, nutrition, anti-aging and personal fitness program they teach, both enjoy superior physical fitness. Both live healthy, free of all prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals.
They do not employ other people in their practice, but instead provide all services to clients personally and directly. Their practice is low-key and clients are seen by appointment only, with no waiting, in a private secluded setting.
Services include personal physical fitness training in our studio or your home, pilates instruction on the reformer, healthy skin care, weight loss strategies, natural nutrition for optimal health, informed use of research-validated nutraceuticals, strategies for anti-aging and avoidance of debilitating conditions, stress management, biofeedback training, peak performance training, memory/concentration enhancement, anxiety reduction, mood enhancement, sleep enhancement, and pain and physical stress coping skills training.
In the current environment of hyper-marketing, misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices there has been a greater public interest in alternative health and wellness services, Taking positive and preventative measures to ensure a healthy lifestyle rather than trying to put back together what is broke seems to be the route many people in todays society choose.

Outdoor Training in Small Groups
GET READY FOR FUN, VARIETY, AND RESULTS.
In the past I have catered my training one -to -one, partner, and trio training. Since the first of the year I have had more and more interest in small groups that we have named “booty camps”.
These get togethers are outdoor activities amounting to adults going outside and working out in the park.
· At least 4 participants, for about 44 minutes 4 days a week. All ages, shapes, sizes and abilites.
· Clients training together at their own pace, but at a pace much higher than what they would probably do own their own.
· Aerobic exercise combined with weight training and plyometrics that is much more interesting than jumping on a bike, treadmill, or elliptical.
