Guri do Sul, the new Brazilian restaurant pronounced (goo-ree-do-sool) means “boy from the south.” This restaurant exhibits a gourmet salad bar with an array of fresh cut vegetables, fruits, and other salad delights followed by a flavorful and appetizing medley of 12 different cuts of meat including beef, lamb, chicken, pork, salmon served tableside on hot skewers and sliced at the patron’s preferred temperature. This sumptuous menu compliments the history of the Brazilian Gauchos who pride themselves of roasting various meats over an open flame to seal in the flavor and natural juices.
Guri do Sul is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm for lunch and Monday through Friday from 5p.m. to 10pm for dinner. Saturday the restaurant is open from 5pm to 10:30pm for dinner and Sundays from 2pm to 8pm.
