North Houston Adventure Boot Camp is a four-week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight to fit into that special dress, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy, or just get fit before that special occasion, this is the program for you!
Adventure Boot Camp is the most established fitness boot camp in the world, with over 400 locations worldwide.
- Adventure Boot Camp meets from 5:15-6:15 a.m. (M-F)
- Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
- Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
- Registration is $299 for a 4-week camp, just $14.95 per session! (Personal trainers can demand between $75 and $150 per session!)
- Returning campers receive a discount!
