Job Description

Job Description:

Ensures the compliance of proper procedures through supervising and training staff
Record customer information such as: Name, address, service and/or repairs needed
Negotiates cost, discusses payment arrangements and sets the appointment
Schedules routes, has daily itineraries ready and prepares daily work orders
At end of day: discuss the production of work orders w/techs and completes invoicing
Manages the service department’s inventory: order stock items and special order parts, performs quarterly and yearly inventory audits
Enters daily Inventory Transfer Sheets, Wish List Reports, Inventory Control
Set up and prepare warranty claims


Job Qualifications:
Pool Industry Experience is a plus, but not required
Must show the ability to supervise and train
Must be capable of communicating clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
Frequent lifting of 1 to 25 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds
Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
This is a yearly full time salaried position*
Responsible for documenting GPS truck tracking
