Job Description

This Receptionist position includes, but is not limited to, the following: Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, quoting, filing, updating and sending reports.

While the items listed above are the daily responsibilities of the position, the job actually lends itself to do much more once the daily tasks are learned and retained. Additional duties such as social media management, showroom sales/assistance, and product ordering will be added once the proficiency in daily tasks is displayed.
