Job Description

- Prepare, assemble and upload client files
- Provide administrative support to the legal teams such as: scanning, filing, and data entry
- Handle outgoing mail
- Maintain office supply inventory and ordering
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and operating general office equipment
- Back-up front desk reception for breaks and absences: answering phones, directing calls, and handling
incoming mail.
- Serve as witness/notary in client signings
- Run office related errands and other duties as assigned

Candidates must be willing to submit to background and drug screening. Applicants must submit resume.

Hours: M-F 8:30-5:30

Skills Required

- Strong Computer skills: Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook
- Familiarity with legal terms and documents a plus, but will train the right individual
- Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining positive and productive relationships with co-workers,
management, and production departments . Able to adapt to changing situation and be flexible
- Be able to work independently and meet deadlines, maintaining quality/error free work
- Ability to lift legal size boxes (10-20 lbs)
