Part-time - Maintain The Woodlands Residential database, provide support to contract staff, process monthly reports, assist with publications’ production.
Implement and maintain accurate records, data and statistics for Residential Services
Export and distribute monthly statistical reports Create residential list of new residents and distribute to visitors while maintaining and evaluating procedures for acquiring residential information
Prepare check requests and mileage reports for contract staff
Maintain inventory of resident data materials
Process online resident data submissions and add to database
Train contract staff and provide materials and information
Assist publications with appointments, photo shoots, and production for print publications and website
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1-5 years of experience preferred in areas of Business, Sales and Marketing. Requires a highly motivated, dynamic, detail oriented professional with strong presentation and effective communication skills. MS Word, and Excel. Must have great organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
