Santa, carriage rides return to Market Street

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Good little boys and girls will have a chance to share their Christmas wish lists and pose for photos with Santa at Market Street – The Woodlands Friday, November 23 through Monday, December 24. Jolly old St. Nick and his helpers will be visiting with kids and taking photos next to Allen Edmonds, Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Sundays from noon – 6 p.m.. Santa also will be available on Christmas Eve until 6 p.m. for those last-minute requests.

Carriage Rides

The tradition, charm and romance of horse-drawn carriage rides return to Market Street – The Woodlands, the perfect way to cap off a holiday evening with the entire family or just the two of you. The thirty-minute holiday carriage rides start in front of Market Street’s Cinemark movie theater and meander on a scenic path amidst the shopping and entertainment destination’s twinkling lights and holiday sounds.

Carriage rides at Market Street are available November 15 – 18; 23 – 25 and again December 14 – 23 and December 27 – 30 from 6 – 9 p.m. Carriage rides are $15 per couple or $8 per person. Children ages 3 – 12 are $5 and children two and younger are free. Parties of four are $50. A children’s miniature sleigh ride around Market Street’s Central Park also is available throughout the holiday season for $5 per child.
