Anadarko leads the way campaigning for Montgomery County United Way

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Last week, Anadarko and their employees celebrated exceeding last year’s record breaking campaign with Montgomery County United Way receiving almost $1.2 million for our community.

Anadarko is such an outstanding community partner, with a number of Anadarko’s employees involved in local organizations such as our United Way to find ways to improve the lives of their neighbors. Anadarko has truly committed to Be Part of the Solution in Montgomery County.

Montgomery County United Way works with its partners in the area to change lives and achieve lasting impact in client’s lives. The only way this happens is when the community joins forces to give not only of their time and talents, but their financial resources.

Even as our economy continues to recover and more of our neighbors are doing better, the costs associated with providing services to those in need are increasing. We all see that housing costs are rising along with fuel and many other basics. That means the helping hand Montgomery County United Way offers costs more than ever before, and the need for donations is not decreasing as things getting better nationwide.
