Aegis Chemical Solutions, LLC to locate offices in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Aegis Chemical Solutions, LLC, has selected The Woodlands as its headquarters, and will be establishing its office in the business district area in January 2013.

Aegis Chemical Solutions provides high-quality chemical treatment and technical services for oilfield applications. Previously located in Midland, Texas, their products and services include production chemicals, completion chemicals, and water treatment technologies serving the Permian Basin with locations throughout West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

“We plan to expand aggressively, expanding to a nationwide footprint in the near future,” said Matt Laxton, Director of Information Technology.

The Aegis suite of production chemicals enables customers to increase production, decrease costs, and increase the life of the well. Their full-service chemical programs provide extensive field experience, lab analysis, and continuous monitoring of wells. And their chlorine dioxide water treatment is a proven, scalable and cost effective method to treat both fresh and produced water for fracturing operations and other oilfield and industrial applications.
