THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office reports incidences occurring in The Woodlands area between December 2-14.

On 12/02/12, Deputy Jackson observed a vehicle in the middle of the road on Many Pines at Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Jackson then saw the female driver exit the vehicle and start looking for items in the back seat of the vehicle while in a moving lane of traffic. Deputy Jackson made contact with the female and observed signs of intoxication. The 23 year old female from Conroe was arrested for DWI as well as Possession of a Controlled Substance.

On 12/10/12, Deputy Cantu responded to the 3000 block of College Park Drive in reference to a Theft. Then investigation began as loss prevention noticed that the male in question had chosen items from inside the store and concealed the items inside a bag and then underneath a coat that he was wearing. The 70 year old female was then stopped and questioned in the parking lot. She was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 12/13/12, Deputy Richards responded to the 1200 block of Lake Woodlands in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, Deputy Richards met with loss prevention. The investigation began as loss prevention noticed that the male in question had chosen items from inside the store and concealed the merchandise. The 23 male from Houston then passed all points of sale and continued into the parking lot where he was stopped. The male was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 12/13/12, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to the 3000 block of College Park Drive in reference to a Theft. During the investigation, loss prevention viewed the male in question place 4 DVD’s inside of his pants and then leave the store. The 24 year old male from Houston was then charged with Theft.

On 12/13/12, Deputy Harrison was dispatched to the 3600 block of FM 1488. Upon arrival she met with loss prevention at the business. The male had taken two bottles of wine. The male then exited the store without making any attempt to pay for the items. The male was arrested and charged with Theft.

On 12/13/12, Deputy Prince was dispatched to the intersection of Research Forest Drive and Gosling Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Prince found that the driver was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. The 30 year old Woodlands resident was placed in custody for DWI. A small amount of marijuana was found inside the vehicle and the suspect was also charged with possession marijuana.

On 12/14/12, Deputy Schutzenhofer conducted a traffic stop on Alden Bridge for speeding. The deputy found a small amount of marijuana inside the car. The 21 year old Woodlands male was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.
