THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The South Montgomery County YMCA invites the community to a free diabetes workshop on Thursday, May 20, at the Branch Crossing YMCA location in The Woodlands.
The morning workshop, 10:00 – 11:30am will focus on Diabetes and Carbohydrate Counting. The evening workshop, 6:00 – 7:30pm, will be titled Intensive Management Class for Diabetes.
The workshops will be presented by Stefanie Keel, RD, LD, CDE, Diabetes Educator with Medtronic Diabetes.
Both workshops will be hosted by the South Montgomery County YMCA in collaboration with CCS Medical and Medtronic, located at 8100 Ashlane Way, The Woodlands. For more information and to make a reservation, please call 281-367-9622 ext. 232.
