SIU Arrests Two for Drug Possession After Apartment Search

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU) along with District 2 deputies arrested a man and a woman for marijuana and narcotics possession at an apartment complex on Richard's Road on Friday, May 2.

Police received several complaints coming from concern citizens in the area about drug dealing coming from the apartment. A search warrant, signed by Judge Connelly, was executed in the 24000 block of Richards Road in Spring, Texas. Two suspects, along with scales, several mason jars full of hydroponic marijuana and several bottles of pills of a controlled substance (Ambien) were found in the apartment.

Jarred Michael Requarth, 21, and Amanda Lee Sellers, 22, were arrested for felony possession of marijuana and misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance.
