Commercial Real Estate Update

The Woodlands Development Company is building a 216,000- square-foot Class A multi-tenant office building at Waterway Square Place and Woodloch Forest Drive, overlooking The Woodlands Waterway. Construction and leasing are currently underway with completion expected this summer.

Petroleum Wholesale is constructing a 63,000-square-foot office building on a 10-acre site located at the extension of Technology Forest Drive to Gosling Road. The building is scheduled for completion in this spring.

The Martin-Brower Company is expanding its facility in The Woodlands Trade Center. Construction is underway on a 150,000-square-foot building on the site adjacent to the existing 50,000-square-foot building with completion scheduled for this fall.
