Junior League Kicks off Holiday Market

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Junior League of North Harris & South Montgomery Counties, Inc. (JLNHSMC, Inc.) held their 7th Annual Holiday Market Preview Party at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center on Thursday evening.

Attendees were able to preview the Junior League's Holiday Market which features over 100 merchant booths. The event also included live music, hors d'oeurves, a silent auction and luxury item raffles. One of the featured raffle items was a diamond drop pendant, modeled by Mrs. Texas International 2009 Bonnie Hubert. The pendant, worth over $5,000, was donated by Shannon Fine Jewelry & Watches.

The money raised from the event will be used to help fund the Junior League's community programs, Community Assistance Fund and Emergency Relief Fund.

The Junior League Holiday Market will be held Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. Tickets are available at the door for $10.
