THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Four suspects have been arrested and charged for several auto burglaries in the Woodlands Parkway and FM2978 area. In the early morning hours of Friday, March 11, the Montgomery Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) began receiving multiple reports of vehicles that had been burglarized and a vehicle that had been stolen.

A witness was able to provide a vehicle description and license plate of a suspect vehicle involving one of the crimes that occurred at a child care center. The victim had left her purse in the car while dropping off her child and found that her credit card had been used at a gas station in Magnolia.

Working closely with Pct. 4 Harris County, the suspect vehicle was found the same day at an auto parts store on Kuykendahl Road in Harris County and four suspects were taken into custody for credit card crimes. Joshua C. Hermes, 28, Angela Gann, 41, and Erica Roberts, 24, of Spring, and Ashley Hubbard, 19, of Conroe, were arrested.

MCSO deputies recovered the vehicle and stolen property from four car burglaries in Montgomery County. Deputies were able to return the property to the rightful owners.

Harris County retained custody of the suspects and charged them with credit card abuse. Criminal charges in Montgomery County are pending and the investigation remains active.
