Panera Bread on College Park sold

THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– An out-of-state investor has purchased the Panera Bread restaurant on College Park Drive.

J. Beard Real Estate Company brokered the sale of Panera Bread at 3113 College Park Drive. The transaction, a single-tenant, NNN-leased investment, was sold on behalf of the owner, College Park Land Investments I, LLC to an out-of-state investor.

D’Agostino Companies completed the build-to-suit for Panera Bread, which opened earlier this month as part of a 3.179 acre, mixed-use site being developed with the restaurant and a 30,000 square foot medical office building.

The medical building is scheduled for completion in mid to late 2012.

The restaurant building was leased by the Cain Holding Group operating as Panera Bread. The Cain Holding Group currently operates nine Houston Panera Bread locations and has received the chain’s highest rating in customer service.
