New Japanese eatery headed to Technology Forest
THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– A private partnership has purchased a 1.21 acre pad site at the intersection of Technology Forest Boulevard and Research Forest Drive for a Japanese restaurant.
The purchaser currently owns and operates two Sakekawa Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar restaurants, including one in Indian Springs.
Tim Maczko of J. Beard Real Estate Company represented the seller, Everson Developments, LLC. The pad site with frontage on Research Forest Drive was part of a three phase, mixed use development in The Woodlands on 9 acres acquired and developed by Everson Developments in 2009. The J. Beard Real Estate Company is responsible for the sales, leasing, and management of the project, which included two pad sites, a 45,000 square foot medical office building, and 22,000 square foot retail center.
