Breast cancer charities hires new partnership director
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Breast Cancer Charities of Americarecently announced Marilyn Kinyo as its new director of Partnership Development.
Marilyn Kinyo has more than 14 years of experience working in marketing, and more than seven years working in the nonprofit field.
Marilyn has had several family members, as well as close friends, that have been stricken with breast cancer or other forms of cancer. Her mother was diagnosed 20 years ago with breast cancer and is still here today because of a strong will to live and a healthy lifestyle.
Kinyo has said she has a passion for not only finding a cure, but to also help those that are going through their treatment. She said she wants to make sure all patients have the tools that they need to overcome the odds and live a long healthy life cancer free.
“We are very excited to have Marilyn join our team,” says BBCA Executive Director Erica A. Harvey. “Marilyn’s experience and dedication to our cause makes her the perfect addition to our staff.”
The Breast Cancer Charities of America (BCCA) is a nonprofit organization with new global headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. With more than 25 years of experience in the nonprofit industry, BCCA is dedicated to helping thousands of women through its Help Now Fund and by funding non-invasive breast cancer research.
