THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– A family-owned health agency has decided to move its corporate headquarters to The Woodlands.
Avatar Home Health Agency, a family-owned and operated company, is relocating its corporate headquarters to The Woodlands and recently purchased two buildings, totaling 22,000 square feet, in the Borough Park Office Complex near Interstate 45 and Sawdust Road.
Bandier Investment Services Vice President Jody Czajkoski and Jason Tangen represented Avatar in the transaction.
“This was a nice deal as Avatar purchased this as a cash-flowing investment, and it will also be used to house their corporate headquarters,” Czajkoski said. “This buyer was an astute investor and killed two birds with one stone.”
