THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Milstead Automotive is hosting a Fall Classic Car Show on Saturday, October 20 benefiting Montgomery County Youth Services. Milstead has partnered with The Woodlands Car Club to feature classic cars and to provide a day of enjoyment for car enthusiasts while also raising funds for MCYS.

"We thought this would bring some folks out to look at classic cars and to learn a little more about Montgomery County Youth Services," Amy Milstead said. "We will also be serving barbecue, proceeds of which will go to Montgomery County Youth Services."

There is no admission fee to the public and classic car owners are urged to pay a $20 entry fee which will also go directly to MCYS. Trophies will be awarded for Best In Show and People's Choice.

"We love participating in car shows that benefit the greater good of our community," Dana Pritchard, President of The Woodlands Car Club, said. "Montgomery County Youth Services provides a necessary service to our community and I hope folks will come out, enjoy the day and even make a donation."

Montgomery County Youth Services is a private, not-for-profit organization that was established in 1979 by a group of community leaders with a vision to create new opportunities for at-risk youth throughout the community. The agency's eight locations provide direct and indirect services to thousands of youth and families annually. MCYS also has strong collaborative relationships with community agencies, businesses, churches, and school districts.

"We are looking forward to this event and treating our community to some very nice classic cars," Milstead said.

The Milstead Fall Classic Car Show will be held Saturday, Oct 20, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Milstead Collision located at 1602 Rayford Road in Spring.
