Lady Dragons celebrate Senior Night

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The John Cooper School softball team recently celebrated Senior Night with a 4-2 win over St. Andrews Episcopal School. It also marked the opening of Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC) play for the Lady Dragons.

Kathryn Early went the distance in the circle, striking out four and scattering five hits.

Hayley Hultman and Tess Clark delivered two hits apiece to lead the Lady Dragons’ attack.

Cooper (6-7) also took third place in the eight-team Cy-Fair Tournament last weekend. The Lady Dragons defeated Tomball (9-1) and Jersey Village (5-4) after falling to Cy-Fair (14-0).
