THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Mengyue (J.P.) Li, Chairman & CEO of CutRite Glass Solutions Inc., with corporate headquarters in The Woodlands was a presenter during a recent U.S. China Educational, Economic & Cultural Foundation (UCEECF) event.

Mr. Li’s presentation entitled “Strategic Partnerships for U.S. – Chinese Business Opportunities” discussed the different prospects for partnership, and how his knowledge and previous application of the U.S. EB5 program enabled the expansion and opening of CutRite Glass Solutions’ corporate office and other shop/showroom locations in the Greater Houston Area.

Followed by a private dinner reception to discuss those opportunities are pictured from left: J.P. Li is an entrepreneur who specializes in international investment and trade, cross-cultural communications, sales and distribution of building materials. He initiated a $40 million real estate development project in City of Hunagshan, China in 2010 and was able to coordinate between Chinese local government and investors from the United States to see the product through.
