The Strong Firm P.C. relocates to Two Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), today announced that The Strong Firm P.C. has signed an 8,615-square-foot lease on the second floor of Two Hughes Landing, the second Class A Office Building in the 66-acre mixed-use development of Hughes Landing on Lake Woodlands.

Two Hughes Landing is a 197,719-square-foot, eight-story building, designed to be LEED Silver Certified and is the second of up to 11 office buildings planned for Hughes Landing. Construction of Two Hughes Landing was completed in May.

Hughes Landing is anticipated to be a dynamic environment within The Woodlands® that will feature office buildings; shopping, dining and entertainment; Whole Foods® Market; a hotel for business and leisure travelers; fitness centers within various office buildings; and up to 800 upscale multi-family residences.

The Strong Firm P.C. is a business law firm specializing in varied commercial transactions including commercial real estate development while providing counsel for local governmental organizations. The law firm is expected to relocate from its current location in The Woodlands to Two Hughes Landing in August.
