Rush Cup soccer 2014 held by Texas Rush Soccer

The Texas Rush last weekend entertained 240 teams at Rush Cup 2014. Twelve playing sites were used in The Woodlands and the City of Conroe to entertain 3,500 players from the age groups of 9-18 years old. Teams from Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Galveston participated within the event. The money raised will go directly to fund the club’s scholarship program for 2015-16

The following sites were used in The Woodlands (23 fields) for the event: Bear Branch, Alden Bridge, Wendtwood Park, Lone Star College, Shadowbend YMCA, Shadowbend Park, Woodlands High School, Lakeside Park, Falconwing Park.

The following sites were used in the City of Conroe (11 fields): Carl Barton, McDade Park. The following site was used in Spring: Lents Family Park – (2 fields)

18 local hotels within both communities were utilized on the I-45 corridor and 7,000 + people attended the event over the 48-hour period.
