World-renowned speaker, Dani Johnson, to empower and inspire women at WISE Conference

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Dani Johnson has instructed hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world on how to make millions of dollars ­– and her next stop is right here in The Woodlands. This author of the best-selling, Spirit Driven Success will serve as the keynote speaker at the second annual WISE Conference, set for Wednesday, Oct. 15, at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center. WISE (Women…Inspiring…Supporting…Empowering) is committed to the empowerment of women through personal and professional development.

Johnson has been interviewed on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, Forbes and Fox & Friends and was the season-premier star of ABC's Secret Millionaire. She is known around the world for her unique success strategies that empower and equip her audience both personally and professionally.

Johnson’s own story started off with unbelievable hardships and challenges. She grew up on welfare in a violently abusive and drug-infested home and was emotionally, physically, verbally and sexually abused on a regular basis. The personal trauma and violent conditions that Johnson identified as home were all she knew. Consequently, she was pregnant at 17 and homeless at 21. Instead of accepting what life had so far scripted for her, Johnson rewrote her own playbook, chapter by chapter – and by 23 she was a millionaire.

In the years since, Johnson has become a multi-millionaire many times over, owns five companies with her business partner and husband Hans, is a best-selling author, internationally sought-after speaker and radio show host.

The Wise Conference is presented by Plan Ahead Events – The Woodlands and Inspiring Wise Texas Women. Inspiring Wise Texas Women is a local 501(c) 3 organization focused on raising funds for grass roots charities who actively help women and their families by providing basic necessities, crises relief, and education.

By participating in The WISE Conference, attendees are not only helping to support women business owners in our community, but also helping to raise funds for those in need in Montgomery County. Through the support of local entrepreneurs, educators and corporate channels, WISE has been able to provide the necessary resources to inspire, support and empower women. All proceeds from the WISE Conference will go to Montgomery County Emergency Assistants (MCEA). Last year, WISE raised more than $8,000 for local charities.

MCEA is a non-profit organization established in 1981 that provides real solutions that help rebuild families during times of crisis. These are residents throughout the county whose health and well-being are threatened by an unexpected crisis or need. MCEA’s mission is to aid residents of Montgomery County who require temporary financial assistance to regain self-sufficiency.
