The Strong Firm donates family will services to local non-profit organizations

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - As part of a community outreach effort in celebration of its 10-year anniversary, The Strong Firm P.C. recently donated family will preparation services in conjunction with Montgomery County United Way and Interfaith of The Woodlands.

“Four clients were referred by these two non-profits as candidates for the services based upon need due to unforeseen life circumstances, such as divorce, having been recently widowed or having complicated family structures, and who could not otherwise afford the services,” explained Bret L. Strong, founder and managing shareholder of The Strong Firm. “It was a rewarding experience for our team of estate planning professionals to have participated in this community service endeavor.”

Dr. Snyder, president and CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands, said, “The generosity of Bret and his entire firm is incredible. This was an important gift to individuals who couldn't afford to hire someone to create a will, which gives them the security of knowing some decisions have been made and that their family will be protected. The folks were deeply appreciative of his outreach to allow them to have something most people take for granted.”

Julie Martineau, president of Montgomery County United Way, added, “The generous donation of wills to low income families helps them to think through, and prepare for, how to best take care of their family in the event of a death. These will bring peace of mind, and it is very much appreciated.”
