Volunteer needed for the Residential Design Review Committee for village of Indian Springs

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - A volunteer is needed to fill a vacant position on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC) for the village of Indian Springs. The volunteer must reside in the village of Indian Springs east of Falconwing Drive in order to serve on the committee.

Resident property owners of Indian Springs (TWA) who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. may call or stop by The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, to obtain an application. Applications are also available online . Filing for the positions ends on Friday, October 3, 2014, at 5:30 p.m.

The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.
