Cooking for a Cause with MCABW: Cookbooks on sale at Nov monthly luncheon

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- The Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) will host the group’s monthly luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at the Incredible Pizza Company.

“Guests are invited to mix and mingle, network and enjoy a slice of pizza,” executive director Carol Gooch said.

The MCABW cookbooks will be on sale at the meeting for $10 each. Proceeds from the sales go to the scholarship fund for female graduating seniors.

“The cookbooks also make great holiday gifts,” Gooch said.

The MCABW provides a forum for local businesswomen to support each other – both in their professional and personal lives. The MCABW provides its members networking connections, promotional resources and educational programs, as well as leadership and growth opportunities.

The group holds a networking luncheon the fourth Tuesday of every month, as well as a monthly Business Builders Coffee event on the first Tuesday of the month and a mixer on the second Thursday of the month. Visitors are invited to attend two events before joining the organization.
