THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Jack Bento threw for three touchdowns and Luke Hudson ran for another as The Woodlands Christian Academy steam rolled through Irving The Highlands, 41-7 in the first round of the TAPPS Division III playoffs Friday night.

Warriors advance to Quarterfinals

Bento was 3-for-8 for 92 yards and three touchdown passes, all in the first half, as the Warriors exploded for 28 points in the second quarter to take a commanding 34-0 lead at the half.

Luke Hudson rushed for 133 yards on 13 carries and had a 7-yard touchdown run that gave the Warriors a 13-0 lead with 10:33 left in the second quarter.
