Five new tenants announced at Creekside Park Village Center

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Howard Hughes Corporation® (NYSE: HHC) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, The Woodlands Development Company, today announced that five new tenants, Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar, Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe, Armario de la Bella or “The Beautiful Closet”, EXIT Lone Star Realty and Edward Jones have signed leases in Creekside Park® Village Center. All of the occupants will be located in the shopping destination’s Creekside Village Green area, a scenic, tree-lined space that serves as the focal area of the center with water features and pergolas.

“The new additions help further establish Creekside Park Village Center as a true amenity to residents and community members,” said Alex Sutton, Co-President of The Woodlands Development Company. “We’re excited to partner with premier tenants to provide another high-end, easily-accessible shopping destination.”

Fielding’s Local Kitchen + Bar, an expansion of the Fielding’s Wood Grill restaurant, will open its 4,500-square-foot space during the first quarter of 2015 and offer lunch, dinner, brunch and happy hour seven days a week. Jordan’s Sweet Shoppe will cater to a younger audience with an assortment of novelty and retro candies once construction on its 1,280-square-foot shop is complete in December.

Shoppers will find a variety of women’s clothing from around the world as well as fair-trade goods and gifts at Armario de la Bella, a 1,433-square-foot boutique that’s set to open in January of 2015. EXIT Lone Star Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage company, will open its 1,313-square-foot office in December. Lastly, Edward Jones, an investment firm, will open a 951-square-foot space in December.

Throughout all of the lease transactions, Rip Reynolds, Director of Leasing and Commercial Land for The Howard Hughes Corporation, represented The Woodlands.
