MELT Method of Pilates being introduced in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Diane Hennigan is excited to bring MELT to Tree House Pilates. The MELT Method is simple self-treatment method that combats chronic pain, improves performance, and decreases the accumulated stress caused by the repetitive postures and movements of everyday living. MELT was created by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann, based in New York City, and it’s now being taught across the country to groups and individuals by instructors trained by Hitzmann.

The MELT Method is very first Hands-off Bodywork Method developed for the general public as a sefl-care tool to prevent and relieve chronic pain. Diane, formally the fitness director/trainer at the Woodlands Athletic Center for 10 years opened Tree House Pilates over three years with two objectives; the most cutting edge fitness programs with affordable quality instruction.

“As a former High School teacher, I know the importance of complete knowledge of my craft” Diane goes on to say, the certifications I’ve achieved over the years allows me the opportunity to address all the many issues that face my clients. “I’m excited about bringing this proven MELT method to our area” she stated.
