THE WOODLANDS, Texas - The monthly coffee meeting of the Montgomery County Association of Business Women (MCABW) is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6 at Berryhill Baja in Market Street, 9595 Six Pines #250 in The Woodlands, 77380.

Annette Neyman, community relations director for assisted living and memory care community Elmcroft at Rivershire, will serve as guest speaker.

Her presentation is entitled "Siblings and Caring for Mom and Dad."

"I'll cover eight ways to finance care, learning the new language of senior care, how to begin 'the talk' and when and how to ask for help from all family members and friends," Neyman said. "We'll discuss emotions versus decision-making, and I'll provide tools, ideas and recommendations for easing stress during this emotional time."

Neyman received her degree in marketing and consumer service at the University of Houston in 1988. She then became the gallery director for Lampros Gallery.

In 1994, Neyman moved to the South Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce working in membership and special projects, and then, in 2007, she became community relations director at The Forum at the Woodlands. Next, she served as customer service representative at HomeInstead Senior Care in Conroe.

Neyman is a passionate volunteer who serves as a sustaining member of the Cypress Woodlands Junior Forum, a founding committee member of Montgomery County Youth Services Ladies Night Out event and member of Artist Relations for the Waterway Art Festival. She is also a member of Women's Council of Realtors and Montgomery County Association of Business Women.

Neyman is a founding member of the MCABW. "The MCABW promotes women helping women - professionally and personally," she said.

The MCABW is an organization that provides a forum for local businesswomen to develop and enhance professional and personal relationships with their peers. The group holds a coffee meeting the first Tuesday of each month, a mixer the second Thursday of each month and a monthly luncheon the fourth Tuesday of each month at Incredible Pizza in Conroe. Visitors are invited to attend two MCABW events before joining the organization.
