Dr. Don Stockton talks November bond, challenges of a growing district

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- In part two of an exclusive three-part interview with Woodlands Online, Dr. Don Stockton talks about the current state of Conore ISD schools and the continuing growth in the district.

Dr. Stockton also talks about the upcoming Conroe ISD bond election in November of 2015, what's currently planned for the bond election and the challenges of a fast growing school district.

Dr. Don Stockton was appointed the Conroe ISD Superintendent in August of 2003. Dr. Stockton started as a math teacher and coach before serving as an Assistant Principal, Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and Interim Superintendent.

Dr. Stockton holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Purdue University, obtained his Mid-Management Certification from Sam Houston State University and has a Doctorate of Education in Administration from Texas A&M University.
