100,000 SF Medical Office Building to rise in Vision Park. ”Never give up” says Trey Halberdier when working for over a year to find his good Doctor buddy a prime land tract around The Woodlands. “We knew The Woodlands proper was a no go – so we creatively uncovered every stone on the periphery near other existing medical establishments” says Halberdier. “at the end of the day our persistence paid off and we found a gem for below market costs right under our nose – I am so happy for the Doctor group”

Medical Development around The Woodlands is not lacking momentum or velocity - and Trey and his team will assist the medical syndication project with upwards of 100,000 SF Class A Medical Office Building on close to 5 acres. Project will break ground in a few months and is already 85% preleased. Other notable announcements nearby are Methodist across the street, St Lukes near Exxon and the expansion of Memorial Herman.

Despite the oil meltdown and respective naysayers, Halberdier and his medical ownership team are aggressively executing the gameplan at Vision Park with a best in class project team. “it’s always good to be diversified”, says Halberdier.
