THE WOODLANDS, Texas - In January of 2015, Inner Bliss Yoga and Wellness Studio opened its doors to residents looking for pain relief, as well as pain prevention through health, wellness and yoga. Conveniently located between Tomball and The Woodlands at 25420 Kuykendahl Road, Suite F-600, Inner Bliss offers massage therapy, mediation, and yoga classes to help residents live a healthy lifestyle.

Anjali Gadre, owner and practitioner at Inner Bliss Yoga and Wellness Studio, understands the amount of stress people go through on a daily basis, and that far too often, people neglect the needs of their own bodies.

“Everyone is stressed these days,” said Gadre. “There is so much chronic pain out there and people are doing unnecessary surgeries and hurting their bodies more than helping their bodies. I want people to know that there are other ways.”

A physical therapist for over 20 years, Gadre has seen so many people with chronic pain that she wanted to learn traditional therapy techniques, including Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy.

“These techniques help people with pain and stress management. When I learned those, I started getting astonishing results with my clients,” said Gadre.

Myofascial Release is a hands-on technique that involves applying pressure to the Myofascial tissue, helping tremendously with chronic neck and back pain, headaches and other ailments. Craniosacral Therapy relieves stress and tension and helps with fatigue, sinus problems, headaches and fibromyalgia.

Aside from massage therapy, Inner Bliss also offers yoga classes that focus on both the spiritual and physical aspects. Benefits of yoga include maintaining a healthy body weight, lower stress levels, increase flexibility, reduce stress and anxiety, and much more.

“Meditation is a huge part of yoga,” said Gadre. “If we are able to quiet our mind, that is the definition of yoga. Our body is a tool, and if our tool is healthy, we can reach for higher goals.”

Gadre’s passion for health and wellness and helping others live a pain-free lifestyle comes from her own experience. As someone who used to suffer from back pain, Gadre turned to yoga, and it completely transformed her life.

“Yoga has helped me tremendously. I have suffered from back pain for years. Because of that I gained so much weight. I wasn’t eating healthy and I could not get much sleep. After yoga, I am a completely different person. My diet has drastically changed and so has my body. Now, when I wake up each morning I feel refreshed and ready for the rest of the day.”

At Inner Bliss Yoga and Wellness Studio, customers will not only attend yoga classes, but will also gain the information needed to practice yoga from the comfort of their own home.

2:00 - 2:20 p.m. -- Wholesome food samples and learn healthy recipes

2:20 - 2:35 p.m. -- Learn about Myofascial release and Craniosacral therapy

2:40 - 5:00 p.m. -- Free makeovers, try essential oils, free sample massage/reiki sessions, postural screening, learn healthy recipes and more
