Gigi’s Cupcakes offers free cupcakes & coffee to area law enforcement in June

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The life-and-death issues that face law enforcement personnel is a topic that dominates today’s news cycles. Jerry Rowell, owner of six area Gigi’s Cupcakes locations, is showing his support for the local men and women in blue with a special offer.
