MAGNOLIA, Texas - Anthology Lighting will debut its new home lighting showroom in Magnolia with a grand opening celebration on Friday, July 31 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The 5,000 sq. ft. showroom is conveniently located at 32411 FM 2978 at Egypt Lane, between Woodlands Parkway and FM 1488. Owners Jeff and Michelle Ber previously owned French Market Lighting on I-45 North between Woodlands Parkway and Sawdust Rd. By expanding to their new location, the Ber’s have now nearly tripled their retail space and service offerings.

Anthology Lighting offers stunning residential lighting products including the latest styles in chandeliers, wall scones, kitchen and bath lighting, LED lights, custom outdoor gas and electric lanterns in various metals, on-trend ceiling fans and alluring outdoor landscape lighting, as well as home accents.

The grand opening will feature the latest innovations and trends in lighting along with various vendors who will provide tips about how to improve home décor by using unique and strategic lighting elements. There will also be door prizes and a raffle for a ceiling fan along with refreshments. A portion of the proceeds from sales during the two-day event will be donated to the Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, a non-profit interfaith ministry that brings the community together to build decent, affordable homes for those in need.

Founder Jeff Ber is no stranger to the lighting industry. A third-generation lighting professional, Ber grew up working alongside his father and grandfather in a family-owned lighting showroom in New Orleans. After focusing on the gas lantern industry for several years, Jeff moved into the growing market of specialty lighting. In 2011, he and Michelle moved their family to The Woodlands and opened French Market Lighting. Within a few years of rapid success – having working closely with their vendors to seek products that place a premium on style, quality and value – the need for expansion was evident.

“We are very excited to introduce the community to Anthology Lighting, which is located near The Woodlands and Magnolia and is also easily accessible to Tomball, Conroe and Montgomery,” said Jeff Ber. “Our new store nearly triples the retail space from our previous location, allowing us to expand our showroom, offer a wider variety of unique lighting products, lighting controls, lampshades and much more. We also offer lamp repairs.”

Michelle Ber added, “From Southern-style to edgy modern to Old World, we want the community to recognize us as their source for distinctive home lighting rarely found anywhere else. We encourage local residents, interior designers, and custom home builders to stop by our new store see our array of authentic and customized offerings while helping to support our local Habitat for Humanity.”

Anthology Lighting is located at 32411 FM 2978 in Magnolia. The showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call (281) 298-5200 or visit www.AnthologyLighting.com.
