Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas race set for October 10

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The tenth annual Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas race will be on October 10, 2015, at Market Street – The Woodlands. Children aged five to 12 years old can participate in the One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run at 7 a.m. The 10-mile, USA Track and Field-sanctioned 10 for Texas race starts at 7:30 a.m. The event wraps up with a Texas-sized party featuring live music and family fun at Market Street – The Woodlands.

Though spaces in the One 4 Texas Kids’ Fun Run and the 10 for Texas race are still available, openings are filling up fast. Race Day registration will not be available if the race sells out prior to race day. For the comfort and safety of all participants, both races are capped. Online registration is available at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/races. The registration fee for the 10-mile race, $60 if registered by June 30, 2015, includes a technical shirt, finisher medal and hat. The registration fee for the Kids’ Fun Run, $30 if registered by August 31, 2015, includes a t-shirt and finisher medal. All registrants receive a participant packet, post-race party food and beverages. Volunteers are encouraged to participate and can sign up at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/volunteer.
