SPRING, TX – Old West Melodrama is setting the stage for its next family friendly dinner show.

Old West Melodrama July 31 - August 22

“Blazing Guns at Roaring Gulch” opens on Friday, July 31 and performances continue Friday and Saturday evenings through Saturday, Aug. 22.

Attendees will join Aspen Print, a young newspaper editor, and Harry Heartstone, the hero in hot pursuit of his twin brother, the villain Snipe Vermin, at the Roaring Gulch Hotel.

Also included in the cast of characters are Willie Lovelace, the lady sheriff of Roaring Gulch and the Widow Black, evil proprietress of the Roaring Gulch Hotel.

A stranded actress Martha Muldoon and Bill Filbert, the nutty sidekick of Snipe Vermin, will join in the action – and a mix of drama and hilarity ensues, sure to end with a face-to-face gunfight.

“It’s an interactive dinner theatre experience,” producer Jeannine Cole said. “There’s plenty of excitement, sprinkled with comedy. Everyone will have a great time watching the plot unroll at the Roaring Gulch Hotel.”

The show will be held at Puffabelly’s Depot Restaurant in Old Town Spring, with dinner and a pre-show starting at 7 p.m. The melodrama begins at 8 p.m.

Old West Melodrama, stationed at 100 Main Street in Old Town Spring, is the only
performing group in the greater Houston area that offers melodramas and murder mystery
dinner shows year round. The troupe, founded by Joe Cole, is comprised of experienced actors and performers who enjoy interacting with the audience. To purchase tickets or for more information, call 713-364-9190, email reservations@oldwestmelodrama.com or visit www.oldwestmelodrama.com.
