Restaurants, retail revealed for new Marcel Commons of The Woodlands center

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- It seems that no matter where you drive in The Woodlands or surrounding areas, there's something new in the works. The Marcel Group is getting in on the action.

The Marcel Group announced they are developing over 54,000 square feet of retail at 2302 FM 1488. The expected grand opening is set for November of this year. The new development will be close for residents of Carriage Hills and Jacob's Reserve, as well as the upcoming Stillwater development of Gracepoint Homes.
