Smart Girl-Talk for teens & women

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Dr. Chaitali Nangrani and Vedas Medical Spa & Wellness Center present a four-evening fall speaker series, Smart Girl-Talk for Teens and Women: Empowering Women through Knowledge and Self-Esteem.

One Thursday evening each month, September through December, the programs begin at 7:00pm and end by 8:30pm. Each speaker will address her topic and discuss participants’ questions following her presentation.


Thursday, September 17, 2015 Recognizing Early Signs of Abuse Danielle Ellis, psychotherapist and wellness coach, promotes healthy balanced life choices utilizing assertiveness, proactive decision making, and personal responsibility. She engages clients to facilitate positive change, identify strengths, and develop innovative strategies to overcome personal challenges.
