Late Start classes available at LSC-Montgomery

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Everyone deserves a second chance-especially a second chance to take classes. Although the traditional fall semester at Lone Star College-Montgomery and Lone Star College-Conroe Center has already begun, students can still earn college credit this semester with Late Start classes.

With start dates beginning in September through mid October, these eight- to 14-week on-line or in-person courses are a convenient alternative if you missed thestart of the standard semester or need flexibility in your busy schedule. Plus, students can register for a Late Start course right up to the first day of each class.

Just like traditional courses, Late Start classes help students achieve academicgoals set toward workforce certificates, associate’s degrees, or university transfer.

This fall, LSC-Montgomery offers Late Start courses in the following program areas:

In person registration and advising are available Monday & Tuesday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; Wednesday & Thursday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.; and Saturday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Registration is also available online at www.LoneStar.edu/registration.
