THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Imagine a collision of two of your favorite foods in one amazing meal. Well that's the experience I just had at Fielding's Wood Grill. You see, I'm a huge fan of brisket and burgers, so when I heard Fielding's Wood Grill had a Pulled Brisket Burger on the menu, I had to check it out.

And, if the name alone isn't enough, let's talk about what this taste-bud frenzy brings to the table: we're talking about juicy pulled brisket with Chipotle adobe, sour cream kale, cheddar, onions, and pickled jalapeños all served on a milk bun made from their in-house bakery. Good stuff!

Fielding's only uses 100% Black Angus natural beef from 44 farms in Texas. Meat is ground on premises twice daily and I assure you, this burger is extremely juicy and very flavorful. In fact, it's cooked to perfection. But please don't order it well done. Please! I wish you all could have seen the smile on my face after every succulent bite. The bartender laughed at the happy sounds I made (you know you're doing something special when you can make the bartender laugh).

Fielding's Wood Grill is located at 1699 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands (Shenandoah), Texas 77380. They are open Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. On weekends, brunch is served until 3 p.m. and lunch begins at 11 a.m.
