Washington, D.C. - Congressman Kevin Brady (R-TX) released the following statement on House passage of the Military Construction and Veterans Affairs appropriations bill for FY 2017:

Background: H.R. 4974 - The Military Construction and Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, FY2017 provides discretionary funding to house, train, and equip military personnel, provide housing and services to military families, help maintain base infrastructure, and fund veterans’ benefits and programs.
