THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Waste Management will provide curbside pickup of trash, recycling and yard trimmings to all residents on their regularly scheduled service day, including Monday, May 30. There will be no interruption or delay of services during the Memorial Day holiday and the week following Monday, May 30, 2016.

Instituted last year, the solid waste provider stated that operations staff will observe only one more holiday during the 2016 year: Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24. Please visit www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/holidaytrash for a list of holidays that affect curbside pickup of trash and recycling during 2016.

If your holiday gathering generates more trash than the 96-gallon cart can hold, extra service tags are available for purchase for $1.75 each at Township offices, Kroger and Randall’s. One pink service tag should be affixed to each plastic bag of household trash that will NOT fit into the trash cart.
