Long-time Realtor extends market expertise to The Woodlands area

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Louise Beard, a Realtor in the RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring office, has formed the Louise & Associates real estate team.

Recently celebrating her 25-year anniversary with RE/MAX, Beard’s career has seen her induction to the RE/MAX 100% Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame as well as her being honored with a RE/MAX Top 10 Award and Five Star Professional Awards for the years 2012 through 2015.

“I’m proud to be a part of the largest real estate company in the world, as well as part of one of Texas’ top real estate offices,” Beard said. “I am so lucky to be doing something I love.”

A long-time agent and resident in the Kingwood area, Beard said she looks forward to expanding her success in The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, Montgomery and Spring markets with the assistance of agents Joe Horman and Jami Cessac, who have joined the Louise & Associates team to share their expertise throughout the area. Also joining the team to support the agents are Amanda Beard, marketing manager, and Nancy Loesch, transaction manager.

Although Beard originally set her sights on becoming an architect, her college education revolved around the advertising design field, which she continues to implement in her first love of building, whether it’s homes or communities. Beard also enjoys giving homes new lives, with her personal involvement in several houses she has remodeled and/or flipped.

Her early beginnings at a homebuilder provided Beard with experience in the home-closing process, from contract to building to title company. She also spent some time learning the ropes of commercial real estate.

Beard, who holds Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations, said she stays current with trends in the real estate industry with continual training. In addition, she said that working with executives of major companies with plans to move to or open significant locations in the Houston area provides her and her team with market knowledge of a vast number of neighborhoods.
