Bradbury Brothers merge with Thornton Plumbing to provide more value-added services

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - The Bradbury family, owners of Bradbury Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning and Bradbury & Sons Painting, formally announce the acquisition of Thornton Plumbing, Inc. The transaction closed February 8, 2016 and the team has since been facilitating the transition.

The plumbing division will be operated and branded under the name Bradbury Thornton Plumbing Services. Jim Thornton, Founder and President of Thornton Plumbing, will continue in the role of Operations Manager for the commercial construction side of the business. He brings over 35 years of experience and a great reputation in the plumbing industry. Nearly all of the existing staff has transitioned to the new company.
